We have arranged with members of our adopted Kollel in Eretz Yisroel for them to say Kaddish for our members as needed. If you are need for a kaddish to be said, please email the Hebrew name and when kaddish is to be said to office@adasyeshurun.com. To allow for proper logistics, please try to give a few days of lead time.
Birkas Hailanos can be said on any flowering fruit tree. Some trees are starting to bloom now. The cherry tree in front of Vlad Tokarskiy’s home 2826 W. Estes. Please make sure to maintain full social distancing. The bracha is in the Hebrew/English Artscroll Siddur on pg. 228. (We will let you know when the pear trees in front of Rabbi Raccah’s shul are in bloom.)
The Stewart Sheinfeld Shabbos Father & Son Learning will be continuing remotely. Learn Shabbos for 35 minutes to be entered into a weekly raffle. (This program is open to boys and girls for the duration of the corona closure.) Sponsorships are available. Please see flyer for more details.

The Rashi Schnell Summer of Inspiration has started. Women are invited to join in to listen to Rabbi Cohen’s famous Pirkei Avos Shiur. During the corona closure the shiur will be Sunday Mornings at 9:30 on the conference line.

The night Seder Chaburah is continuing Hilchos Kiddush. The new zman begins Monday night with a Halacha l’maaseh chazarah shiur. For more information, email torah@adasyeshurun.com.
With the current situation, we need to try as hard as we can to strengthen ourselves in our Tefillos. During Shacharis and prior to Mincha, we should say פטום הקטורת(pg. 16 in the Hebrew only Artscroll siddur and pg. 36 in the English siddur) the two paragraphs from תנו רבנןuntil מפני הכבוד. Tehillim should be said following all three Tefillos, specifically chapters קל and קמב (130 & 142).

The Shul office is open remotely during the hours of 11-4. Email and voicemail will be checked regularly. The shul’s mailboxes will also be checked regularly if you wish to leave anything.
