Eretz Yisroel Emergency Campaign
The Rav has inspired and directed our kehila to be active and generous in our support of Eretz Yisroel. Besides our many Torah and Tefilla initiatives we are beginning a tzedakah project as well. Because the situation is still very fluid and the needs can be hard to pinpoint, we have chosen the following format. The goal is to raise Bezras Hashem $100,000, with plans to send four separate donations of $25,000 over the next four weeks.

Week 1 - Helping Soldiers - Just One Chesed
The first week’s funds will be going to help soldiers. We have been in touch with the organization “Just One Chesed” (run by former Chicagoan Jerry Latinik). They have been delivering to front line soldiers needed supplies, such as tourniquets, bullet proof vests, thermal clothing, etc.
